Where the hell are you, anyway?
I’m often asked where my “bakery” is. The short answer is my kitchen. The longer answer is that Prof. Pastry’s is a cottage bakery, so I bake out of my home and mostly sell at festivals and markets. However, it recently occurred to me that there is something about shopping in person that simply cannot be replicated. So starting July of 2026, you’re welcome to stop by Prof. Pastry’s cottage Bakery in Cranston, RI’s Auburn/Eden Park neighborhood during the hours below!

Please note that this is a residence, not a traditional storefront, so products will be limited. Different products will be sold on different days, so check out what the daily specials are here or on the menu in person! Look for the house with the Little Free Library.
